Exchanges/Returns

 

To our hairstylist community, we understand that when purchasing shears and other hairstyling products online, unexpected issues or dissatisfaction could occasionally occur.

We have a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. Once you’ve started an exchange process, we highly recommend consulting with our experts regarding the issues of the product you intend to exchange to ensure the best quality of the exchange item.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note that, if you choose the return option, due to sanitary reasons, 10% of the original price will be incurred for a restocking fee. The original shipping fees are non-refundable.

To be eligible for an exchange/return, you will need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start an exchange/return, you can contact us at info@scissorpros.com.


If your exchange/return is accepted, we will send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange/return will not be accepted. The customer will be responsible for shipping fees on the return package.

Damages and issues 


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and address it accordingly.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. If you choose the return option, you will receive a partial refund. 10% of the original price will be incurred for a restocking fee. The original shipping fees are non-refundable. Also, please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
